    CONTROL PANEL THE MAIN CONTROL PANEL 40 60 80 1 Storage cylinder temperature gauge Displays domestic hot water temperature. 2 Boiler pressure gauge Displays the pressure in the central heating circuit. Å Storage cylinder temperature selector (NOT USED) The temperature of the domestic hot water is preset to 44°C in the factory. The thermostatic mixer valve has to be adjusted to change this value (see page 9).

    START-UP Have THERMITAL’s Technical Assistance Service start-up your boiler for the first time. Once this has been done, the boiler can be left to function automatically. Under certain circumstances, such as after long periods of disuse, the user may need to re-start it without involving the THERMITAL’s Technical Assistance Service. Before doing so, perform the following checks and operations.

The temperature gauge (1) shows the temperature of the hot water inside the storage cylinder. To ensure correct functioning, set the room temper- 40 60 80 ature thermostat to its minimum setting.

  • Page 10 SOLAR CONTROLLER The first time you switch on the boiler, you will need to set time and day. To do so, proceed as follows. - Turn the function selector (3) to " " - Turn the parameter selector (4) until the "Clock" menu appears.

    RESET FUNCTION To reset the boiler, turn the function selector to “ É ”, then return it to its previous position and check that the red LED goes out. Provided correct functioning conditions have been restored, the boiler restarts automatically. As soon 40 60 80 as the burner ignites the green LED lights and the digital display will read out current operating temperature.

    If the boiler is not going to be used for an extended peri- od of time, proceed as follows to prepare it for shutdown. - Turn the function selector to OFF/RESET. - Turn the mains power switch OFF. - Close the fuel shut-off cock and the central heating and DHW circuit shut-off cocks.
