Reference Clock Cable
The Reference Clock Cable (PE014UCA‐X) connects the Mid‐Bus Pod to the DUT so that
the pod can use the clock from the DUT. The cable has a 3‐pin micro socket at one end
that attaches to a 3‐pin header (0.050" spacing) designed into the DUT, and the other end
connects to the Clk In port on the Mid‐Bus Probe Pod, as shown below.

cable plugs into the Upstream 0‐7 and the "B" side of the cable plugs into the
Downstream 0‐7 ports on the Summit Analyzer. If using two Gen3 Probe pods for
x16 applications on a Summit T3‐16 Analyzer, connect the second probe pod using
the Upstream 8‐16 and Downstream 8‐16 ports on the Summit T3‐16 Analyzer.
When using a Summit T34 Analyzer just connect the straight cable between the pod
and the analyzer.
