• Do not connect inlet or output hoses if reel
is not properly installed.
• Slowly release fluid/gas pressure from
system before servicing reel.
• Do not connect supply to reel with any
source that exceeds maximum operating
pressure of reel.

• Use caution at all times, pressurized hoses
are very dangerous and can cause per-
sonal injury or death.
• Be aware of machinery and personnel in
work area.
• Remove system pressure immediately if a
leak occurs in the hose or reel.
• Exercise extreme caution with high
tension spring assembly contained in the
reel.
• Pull hose from reel by grasping the hose,
not the control valve.
• Do not pull or jerk on hose if reel stops
unwinding or winding. Remove system
pressure immediately.
• Observe all common safety practices.
