TC707
Die TC707 markiert ein neue Familie Programmreg-
ler, die durch eine anwendungspezifische Mensch
-Maschine Schnittstelle intuitiv zu bedienen ist.
Die korrekte Verlauf des Ofenprogramms ist auch
farblich sofort erkennbar, die Bedienfront des TC707
ist klar und übersichtlich gegliedert.
Besonders die Aufzeichnung aller relevanten Pro-
zessdaten im CSV-Format (direkt in EXCEL zu öff-
nen) auf einem USB-Stick ermöglichen lückenlose
Prozessdokumentation sowie Diagnose der Ofen-
technik in Sekunden.
Ebenso ist der TC707 über die bentrup App im
Smartphone weltweit erreichbar (über bentrup Web-
Box oder Browser-Erweiterung). Hierüber sind auch
Konfiguration und Tests des Anlagenbauers leicht
möglich.
Die Anbindung hierzu erfolgt kontaktlos über Blue-
tooth zur Vermeidung von elektrischen Problemen.
Die TC707 ist mit einer Echtzeituhr ausgestattet, für
ISO900x konforme Dokumentation und auch auto-
matische Programmstartfunktionen (z.B. automati-
sches Anfahren des Ofen zur Arbeitsbeginn).
TC707 Ausbaustufen
In der Grundversion regelt die TC707 einzonige Öfen
mit bis zu 4 Schaltfunktionen und 1 Analogausgang.
Über die bentrup IO-Box (DIN-Hutschienenmontage)
sind die Ein/Ausgänge praktisch beliebig erweiter-
bar. Typische Anwendung sind 3-zonige Öfen.
Neu ist das PS3 Modul für die IO-Box, mit dem die
tatsächliche Leistung von je 3 Ofenphasen real ge-
messen werden kann. Der TC707 vergleicht hier
die gelernten Originalwerte und meldet frühzeitig
Alterung, bevor Qualitätsverlust durch exzessive
Aufheizraten entsteht. Auch ohne PS3 steht diese
Funktion grundsätzlich zur Verfügung (Messung
durch Aufheizrate).

Continuous data logging of all relevant process data
(CSV-format open by EXCEL) dumped on an USB-
Stick provides documentation of the temperature
process as well as easy error tracking of process and
kiln components.
Use the bentrup smartphone app to monitor your
kiln from everywhere (via bentrup WebBox or Web-
browser extension). Configuration and technical di-
agnosis from remote allows fast and efficient custo-
mer support.
Data link is established via Bluetooth for reliable and
communication in rough industrial environments.
TC707 is fitted with a real time clock providing data
logging according to ISO900x as well as automatic
programme launch (e.g. kiln is heat up to working
temperature when norning shift starts and shut
down during night or weekend).
TC707 expansion stages
Base model of TC707 is for 1 zone processes and
fitted with 4 control outputs and one optional ana-
logue output (2 more control zones on request).
Further expansions are available via the bentrup
IO-Box (DIN rail mounting) holding up to 3 modules
each (isolated electrical inputs / outputs etc.)
New PS3 modul measures actual power of up to 3
phases. By comparing with initially recorded values
TC707 allows ageing of heating elements as well
as technical problems before quality issues emerge
by excessive heating cycles. If PS3 is not installed
TC707 estimates power by analyzing the heat up
speed (SmartCheck).
