    Complete the following pre-installation tasks before installing the cartridge pack: Ensure Offline Mediation Controller 6.0 is installed. Stop Node Manager, Administration Server, and Administration Client. Delete any existing SGSN06 cartridge JAR file from the OMC_Home/cartridges directory, where OMC_Home is the directory in which Offline Mediation Controller is installed.
