7-6-2. Adjustment of Y direction
(1) Remove the screws (No.12) and remove the XY cover (No.11).
(2) Turn the power switch on and press the home position return icon
(3) Turn the power switch off when finish the origin return movement.
(4) Confirm the distance between end portion of the Y movable race (No.14) and end portion of the Y
stopper (No.15) is 495 mm. If different, loosen the two screws (No.13) and adjust the Y detector (No.4)
position. When above distance is more than 495 mm, move the Y detector (No.4) in arrow "b" direction.
When less than 495 mm, move the Y detector (No.2) in arrow "a" direction.
(5) After adjustment, tighten the screw (No.13) and check again above (2) to (4) procedures.
(6) Confirm the clearance between detector and detect plate is in the range of 1 to 1.5 mm. If it has any
damage with detector or the detect plate, this clearance may different.
NOTICE For the safety, turn the power switch off every time.
NOTE The factory default XY table home position is described in the previous paragraph [7.6 Adjustment
of the XY table detector]. If modified the home position by control panel, please return the setting to initial
value in advance.
