Connecting the power cord

The power cords in these figures are for illustration only. For routers that have two power receptacles,
you can connect two power cords for 1+1 redundancy.

Connecting an AC power cord

1. Make sure the router is correctly grounded, and the power switch on the router is in the OFF
position.
2. Connect one end of the AC power cord to the AC receptacle on the router, and the other end to
the AC power source.
