• When the lights are not burning it means the bat-
tery is empty and must be charged immediately.
Charging the battery with the charger (Fig. C­2)
1. Take the battery (13) from the machine.
2. Turn the battery (13) to upside down position and
slide it onto the charger (17) as shown in Fig. C-2.
3. Push the battery until it is fully pushed into the
slot.
4. Plug the charger plug into an electrical outlet and
wait for a while. The LED indicators on the charger
(18) will lighten up and show the charger status.
The charger has 2 LED indicators (18) which indicate
the status of the charging process:

• Fully charging the 2Ah battery may take up to 60
minutes.
• Fully charging the 4Ah battery may take up to 120
minutes.
After the battery is fully charged remove the charger
plug from the outlet and remove the battery from the
charger.
When the machine is not being used over a
longer period of time it is best to store the
battery in charged condition.
Assembling the protection guard (Fig. E and F)
1. Place the machine on a table with the spindle (7)
facing upwards.
2. Place the protection guard (3) over the machine
head as shown in Figure E making sure the ridges
on the protection guard fall into the notches of the
machine head.
3. Turn the protection guard counter clockwise as
shown in Figure F and clench the release lever for
protection guard (2).
4. You can adjust the position of the protection

guard by releasing the lever (2), adjust the guard
to the desired position and clench the lever to lock
it.
Mounting and removing the wheel disc (Fig. D)
• Always use suitable wheel disc for this machine
with diameter Ø 115 mm and a bore from
22.2 mm the thickness of the wheel disc should
be 6 mm for wheel disc for grinding and 3 mm for
wheel disc for cutting, the mounting wheel disc
may not touch the safety guard.

Mounting the side handle (Fig. A and G)
• The side handle (8) can be screwed into one of
the three side handle connection points (6).

4. OPERATION

Switching on and off (Fig. B)
• To switch on the machine in continuous mode, sli-
de the on/off switch (5) to the right and slide the
on/off switch (5) in the direction of the grinding
disc (fig. B1).
