- Page 4 Freiblasen reinigen. Achten Sie auf ausreichenden Durchmesser von Schlauch und Kupplungen. Achtung: Druckluftschläuche sind nie zu groß, aber häufig zu klein gewählt! Für den RRI-50A empfehlen wir einen Schlauch mit mindestens 6,5 mm Innendurchmesser. Die Maschine arbeitet optimal bei einem Arbeitsdruck von 6,3 bar am Lufteinlass.
- Page 5 Halten Sie nie drehende Achsen, Stecknüsse, Bits oder Zubehör mit den Händen fest! Wir empfehlen Ihnen das Tragen von Sicherheitshandschuhen. Tragen Sie Gehörschutz laut Vorschriften der Arbeitsgeber oder der lokalen Behörden. Vernünftige Maßnahmen sollen genommen werden, um den Geräuschpegel so niedrig wie möglich zu halten.
- Page 6 Überschreiten Sie nie den maximalen Luftdruck vom Werkzeug. Tragen Sie Werkzeug nie am Luftschlauch. Tragen Sie stets bei Arbeiten über Ihrem Kopf einen Sicherheitshelm. Werkstück und Zubehör kann heiß werden und Brandwunden verursachen. Verwenden Sie nur spezifische Druckluftschläuche, die geeignet sind für den maximalen Luftdruck.
- Page 7 Wenn man ununterbrochen oder zurückkehrende Symptome erfährt wie Schmerzen, erhöhter Herzschlag, Herzklopfen, brennendes Gefühl, Steifheit: ignorieren Sie diese Warnungen nicht. Beenden Sie die Arbeit mit dem Werkzeug, informieren Sie Ihren Arbeitgeber und suchen Sie einen Arzt auf. Wartung: Kontrollieren Sie das Werkzeug regelmäßig auf lose Schrauben oder Teile. Kontrollieren Sie die Drehzahl des Werkzeugs regelmäßig.

For type RRI-50A an internal diameter of the hose of 6,5 mm is recommended. Air pressure at the inlet of the tool during running has to be at the maximum of 6.3 bar.
- Page 10 The use of safety-/working gloves is recommended. Use ear protection as instructed by your employer or as required by occupational health and safety requirements. Reasonable countermeasures have to be taken to keep the noise level as low as possible. Disconnect the air supply before changing inserted tools, accessories, repairs or when the tool is not being used.

Due to the process, the work piece, inserted/mounted tool/accessory may get hot causing burning injuries: Be aware of this. Only use air hoses that are designed for it and are resistant against the used air pressure. Always use safety quick change couplers.
