Do not use digital equipment to read voltage, hz or amperage during
this installation. Use only Analog sensing equipment! Failure to do so may result in
damage to equipment or in personal injury! Always wear eye protection and never
hold the product in your hand when energized.
Installation Instructions
• Install the XR500PC as shown in (Figure 1). Be sure to fuse the input to the
XR500PC and to your SCR bridge.
• Adjust the remote voltage adjustment pot fully CCW or for the lowest
resistance setting.
• Apply power the XR500PC and check to see if the green status light is on.
• Adjust the remote voltage pot slowly CW until the output voltage of the SCR
bridge begins to increase.
• Adjust the remote voltage to the desired setting.
