Planning the installation of the BSFC unit
WARNING!
Use a grounding wristband when you handle printed circuit boards. Do not touch
the boards unnecessarily. The boards contain components sensitive to electrostatic
discharge.
■
Placing
Install the BSFC unit in a heated indoor environment. Make sure that the temperature meets
the requirement given in the technical data. Also make sure that the ambient conditions
meet the requirements of the hardware manual of the inverter modules.
Do not install the BSFC unit far from the inverters. The length of the fiber optic cable(s)
between the unit and the inverter(s) must not be more than 4 m (13.1 ft).
WARNING!
No condensation is permitted. There are connectors that are connected to drive
main circuit potential.
WARNING!
Protect the BSFC unit against accidental contact. There are connectors that are
connected to drive main circuit potential.
