Part Installation Procedure
Installing the seat slider kit on the 6800 Pro and 6900 Elite Spinner
Bike.

Items needed to install the Seat Slider Kit

• 6800 Pro bike kit 800-4038
• 6900 Elite bike kit 800-4039

Tools required:

• 21mm open end wrench or 1 inch adjustable open end
wrench
• 9/16 open end wrench
The following step by step instructions will help you to install the
new seat slider and pop pin.
1. Unscrew the seat slider pin far enough to allow the slider to be
taken out of the seat post. Diagram 2
2. Slide the seat slider out of the seat post assembly. Diagram 3
3. Using a 21 mm open end wrench or an adjustable wrench,
remove the pop pin by unscrewing the pop pin at the nut until
the pop pin is completely out of the seat post. Diagram 4
4. Insert the new pop pin and hand tighten. Diagram 5
5. Using a 21mm open end wrench or an adjustable wrench,
tighten the pop in securely. Diagram 6
6. Slide the new seat slider into the seat post assembly and hand
tighten the knob. Diagram 7
