9. Maintenance and Cleaning

• The machine should be visually inspected daily to check for damage to the
Hose and Gun.
• The maintenance and cleaning operations must be done periodically to extend
the machines running time.

10. Basic Troubleshooting

Problem
Temperature Controllers
do not light up.
Tank; Pump; of Hose not
reaching the desired
temperature.

Cause
Machine is not
plugged in.
Isolator is not
switched on.
M.C.B has tripped
Machine has not been
left on for specified
period of warm-up.

Remedy
Plug the machine into a
220V/240V mains supply.
Check fuse (if fitted) in
Plug top.
Switch on Isolator.
Check timer settings.
Unplug the machine
from the mains. Open
the panel and check that
all the breakers are in the
up position.
Contact BMT LTD
Leave the machine for
+ 2 hours for temperature
to rise up.
Unplug the machine
from mains, open the
panel, check that all
breakers are in the up
position.
