    3-After installing of product, check the operation of all related component of motorcycle, especially the lights. If your products are leaking, bent, deformed, cracked, chipped or worn, no matter how slight, immediately have a EVOTECH dealer inspect the products before you ride again.

  • Page 9 Porta targa regolabile ESTR-0819 Attenzione: Prima di procedere alla seguente descrizione di montaggio, Evotech specifica che declina all’utente le responsabilità dovute ad un non corretto montaggio dei prodotti e al loro utilizzo improprio. E’ consigliato il montaggio del nostro kit da parte di personale specializzato.
  • Page 10 Ruotare chiave accensione in senso orario per sbloccare la sella. 2. Rimuovere la sella. 3. Rimuovere le quattro viti di supporto con apposita chiave esagonale.
  • Page 11 4. Rimuovere i connettori. 5/6. Foto illustrativa prodotto. (Attenzione alcune immagini potrebbero differire dal vostro portatarga!).
  • Page 12 7/8. Prestando attenzione a non perderli, applicare gommini all’estremità portatarga. 9. Far passare i cavi (luce targa e frecce) all’interno del foro come illustrato.
  • Page 13 10. Come potete vedere è stato creato uno scavo apposta per il passaggio cavi, in modo tale da nasconderli il più possibile. 11. Attenzione! Prima procedere l’installazione del faro posteriore assicuratevi di aver fatto passare tutti i cavi necessari all’interno del foro.
  • Page 14 13. Inserire i gommini originali del faro sulle staffe come in foto. 14. Infine inserire le staffe laterali sul faro. 15. Fissando prima la staffa centrale e spingendo il faro verso l’interno (come indicato dalla freccia) staffe laterali posizioneranno nella loro rispettiva sede.
  • Page 15 16. Foto illustrativa. 17. Tirare con una brugola le viti per fissare le staffe sul supporto targa. 18. Tirare con una brugola le viti originali per fissare le staffe sul faro.
  • Page 16 Posizionare griglia d'aerazione con le due viti fornite (identificativo n°20 nell’esploso). 20. Rifare i cablaggi. 21. Il porta targa è ora pronto per l’installazione sul veicolo.
  • Page 17 22. Connettere i cavi. 23. Completare l’installazione andando a premere il portatarga sul codone.
  • Page 18 Fissare supporto ESTR-0819-A con le viti come da esploso (prima il sotto sella con le 4 viti originali, in seguito le 4 viti sotto il portatarga). 25/26. Applicare il supporto del bauletto (nel caso ne abbiate uno) andando ad avvitare bene tutte le viti.

Montaggio EPR-000 spina posizionata all’interno del foro che trovate sulla sinistra dell’articolo EPR-000 e in corrispondenza foro sull’articolo ESTR-0819-A. spina vi permetterà ottenere angolo 30° rispetto alla linea verticale del terreno, per restare a norma di legge. (Consultare i disegni tecnici per una migliore comprensione).

  • Page 23 Tail Tidy ESTR-0819 Warning: Before proceeding with the assembling of the product, Evotech specifies that the user is liable for any incorrect installation of the product or its improper use. We suggest the assembling of the kit to qualified staff.
  • Page 24 1. You have to rotate the key clockwise to unblock the seat. 2. Remove the seat. 3. Remove now the four screws of your undertail.
  • Page 25 4. Be careful not to touch the other cables. Connectors of the license plate holder are under it on the right. Remove them. 5/6. Illustrative photos of the new tail tidy. (Warning some images may differ from your license plate!).
  • Page 26 7/8. Apply the two rubbers to the new license plate holder. 9. Pass the wires (license plate light and indicators) into the hole as illustrated.
  • Page 27 10. As you can see there is a specific dig where you can pass the cables. In this way they will be hidden as much as possible. 11. Warning! Before proceeding with installation of the rear light make sure you have passed all the cables into the specific hole.

  • Page 30 19. Remove the rear light from the original tail tidy and fix it to your new Evotech tail tidy kit. 20. Remake the wiring. 21. The new tail tidy kit is now ready to be installed on your bike.
  • Page 31 22. Connect the cables. 23. Complete the assembly pressing the new license plate holder Multistrada’s undertail.
  • Page 32 24. Fix ESTR-0819-A with the screws shown exploded view. 24 (first 4 screws OEM under seat, after 4 screws under tail; follow exploded sketch). 25/26. Place the top box’s support (in case you have one) tightening well the screws.

  • Page 34 29. Assembly EPR-000 The cylindrical pin must be placed inside the hole you find on the left of EPR-000 and verify to match it with the hole on the new ESTR-0819-A. The cylindrical pin will allow you to get a 30° angle to the vertical line of the ground-level, in accordance with the law.
