Problem

Possible cause and solution approach
• Check the antenna and frequency.
Change the location of the radio if
necessary.
• Reposition the radio.
• Perform a new station scan using the
„high strength stations only" option.
• Check the local DAB coverage.
• Did you activate the alarm?
• Set the volume and alarm volume to a
medium level.
• The alarm source may have been set to
Internet radio, but there is no Internet
connection? Switch to FM or DAB if
necessary.
• Make sure the unit is connected
correctly.
• Some USB storage devices rely on
external power. Make sure that it is
available.
