Example:
If the calibrated TX power =15dBm for 54Mbps = 0x00 (offset = A5h).
Want to set both TX power to 19dBm for MCS 0 & MCS 1 (offset = A6h).
The power difference is 4dBm (19-15). It need to increase register value from 0 to 8 (4dBm =
0.5dBm * 8 step). Setting A6h=0xC8h can meet the power requirement.
