22: Rx RF Amp/Mixer Tune:

Apply signal at a frequency of 53.250 MHz from you signal generator.
Adjust the RF coil for the best signal to noise ratio. Keep the signal generator at the threshold of noise during the
adjustment.
This adjustment should result in the mute lifting for a signal above 0.5 uVolts.
