TROUBLESHOOTING

Warning: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or injury, unplug the appliance before
attempting any adjustments.
Problem
Unit does not power up
Reduced steam or no steam
Steam escapes from
connections
Cleaning cloth gets
saturated and is too wet to
use effectively
Possible Cause
Unit is not plugged in or
turned on
Water tank may be empty
Blocked steam nozzle
Lime scale deposits
Attachment is not
connected properly
Debris or obstructions at the
connection points
Cloth has received too much
steam
Possible Solution
Make sure the unit is
plugged into a power outlet
and switched on
Fill water tank
Remove mop head and
clean nozzle
Follow the cleaning
procedure to remove lime
scale
Turn the unit OFF, allow it to
cool down, disconnect the
accessories and then
reattach them properly
Remove the accessory and
check then clean the
connection points
Remove the wet cloth and
replace it with a new
cleaning cloth or allow the
cloth to cool, then wring it
out and reattach
