1. Mount Base to Tripod
Screw the leveling base head into
the tripod until it is tight.
Note: If the tripod has a 1/4"-20
threaded post, first screw the 3/8"
– 1/4" bushing into the bottom
socket and tighten with a flat head
screwdriver. Then screw the base
head into the tripod.
2. Mount Head to Base
Once the base head has been
securely attached to the tripod,
attach the head with the following
steps:
Note: If the head has a 3/8"-16
threaded socket, screw the 1/4"
– 3/8" bushing onto the threaded
post of the base. Then screw
the head onto the post until it is
securely tightened.
1. Screw the head in to the
threaded post of the base until it
is tight.
2. Secure the head by tightening
the three screws around the base
platform with the Allen wrench.
Note: do not overtighten the
screws. Doing so can cause
damage to the head.
3. Attach the camera to the head.
