Replacing the gas cartridge
The gas cartridge can be removed even if it is
not empty.
1.
Wait until the gas hob has cooled.
2.
Check that the gas inlet is completely closed
by turning the control knob clockwise as
far as it goes to the "•" OFF position and
checking that the burner is off.
3.
Disconnect the gas cartridge by moving
the gas cartridge lever to the UNLOCK
position.
4.
Open the gas cartridge housing and
remove the gas cartridge.
5.
Check the seals before connecting a new
gas cartridge.

6.
Insert and connect the new gas cartridge
according to the instructions for Using for
the first time.
WARNING!
The gas cartridge should be replaced in a
well-ventilated area, preferably outdoors,
and at a safe distance from naked flames,
electrical appliances and other sources of
heat. Keep onlookers and pets at a safe
distance.
GRILL PLATE
Do not use sharp or metal utensils that can
damage the non-stick coating. Use wooden or
heat-resistant plastic utensils.
WARNING!
The grill plate is intended to be used
with KAYOBA Gas hob 005134.
Keep children away from the grill plate.
Do not use an empty grill plate. Do not
pour cold water on a hot grill plate, this
can distort it.

The grill plate gets hot when in use –
risk of burn injuries.
Place the bottom of the grill plate
properly on the gas hob, otherwise
there is a risk of it falling off and causing
personal injury and/or material
damage.

MAINTENANCE

GAS HOB
Do not make any modifications to the gas hob.
After each use
1.
Wait until the gas hob has cooled before
removing any scraps of food and fat.
2.
Store in a dry, cool and well-ventilated
area out of the reach of children.
GRILL PLATE
Clean the grill plate with a soft brush or
cloth.
Do not use steel wool, rough sponge, or a
metal brush etc. as this will damage the
non-stick coating.
Clean and wipe the grill plate before
putting it away.

TROUBLESHOOTING

No gas.
The gas cartridge is not properly
inserted and connected.
No gas.
The gas cartridge is empty.
Check by shaking the container.

Ambient temperature too low.
Move to a warmer place.
