1. INTRODUCTION

[Monitoring Operation]
1)
The servo amplifier transmits the present position data address,
servo errors, and other data to the A73CPU.

Select the data to be monitored with a touch-panel key or an
A70MDF key. (1)

The display request for the monitor data selected in step 2) above
is transmitted to the PCPU or the A73CPU.

[Testing Operation]

Transmit the test data and the test operation execution request
with a touch-panel key or an A70MDF key.

3) The servo amplifier transmits the servo amplifier test operation
results to the A73CPU PCPU.
