Action
Install correct device drivers.
Carefully clean the disc using appropriate
materials. Also try another disc.
Insert a disc.
Properly connect all cables.
Action
Check IRQ, I/O address and DMA settings.
Change settings as required.
Reinstall device drivers.
Check cable connections for proper location.
Reconnect cables. Refer to manufacturers
documentation.
Check the error messages for the necessary drivers.
In Windows Control Panel, select "Drivers", then
"Add" and install the necessary driver(s).
Make sure speaker and mic plugs are in correct
jacks. Reconnect cables.
Move the telephone mouthpiece 2 to 3 inches
away from the mouth, when speaking. When
using the microphone, make sure that it is
positioned 1 to 2 feet away from the mouth.
No corrective action required.
