PROBLEM
Erratic display; display turns on and off.
Hose display reads OA at startup.
Display does not respond properly to
button pushes.

Low voltage.
Poor display connection.
Display cable damaged or corroded.
Display cable not grounded.
Display extension cable too long.
FTS disconnected or not installed.

Broken display button.
Loose hose electrical connections.
Circuit breakers tripped.
Hose zone not turned on.
A and B temperature setpoints too low.

Troubleshooting
SOLUTION
Ensure input voltage is within
specifications. See Temperature
Display, page 39.
Check cable connections. See
Temperature Display, page 39. Replace
damaged cable.
Clean connections; replace cable if is
damaged.

Must not exceed 100 ft (30.5 m)
Verify proper installation of FTS (see
Operation manual), or adjust FTS to
desired current setting.
Check cable connections. See
Temperature Display, page 39. Replace
damaged cable. Confirm jumper (119) is
installed.
Clean connections; replace cable if is
damaged.
Connect cable (Temperature Display,
page 39) or replace.
Replace. See Temperature Display,
page 39.
Check connections. Repair as necessary.
Reset breakers (CB1 or CB2). See
Replace Circuit Breaker Module, page
37.

Check. Increase if necessary.
Open cabinet. Check if board LED is
blinking. If not, check power wiring
connections to ensure module has
power. If board has power and LED is not
blinking, replace module. See
Temperature Control Module, page 29.
Increase A and B setpoints. Hose
designed to maintain temperature, not
increase temperature.
Check. Increase if necessary to maintain
heat.
Use smaller mix chamber. Decrease
pressure.
Install FTS, see operation manual.
Allow hose to heat up, or preheat fluid.
Check connections. Repair as necessary.
