Stand the rower upright.
1.
2. Unhook the Bungee Hook End Frame from the Rear Leg.
3. Twist the Bungee Cord to push out the Inner Clip from the Bungee Hook End Frame. Remove the Inner
Clip and the End Frame from the Bungee Cord. Keep them.
4. Push the Bungee Cord out of the Belt Bungee Pulley on the mainframe.
5. Use needle nose pliers to pull the Bungee Cord out.
