Configure digital port
Ú Note:
A unique SFI must be assigned to the digital port if this is
to be part of the LWE network.
Speed log input
It is possible to configure the digital port for speed input.
Ú Note:
Only speed logs outputting 200 pulses per nautical mile
are supported.
