Use two screws and washers to

mount the base to the workbench.
Insert the lever (1) in the hole in the

eccentric pin (2) and secure it in
position with the setscrew (3).
Screw the extension (4) on to the

lever (1).

Fit the crank handle (5) and secure

it in position with the screw (6).
