Strawberry ice cream
Ingredients
Strawberry / Strawberry juice
Gelatin
Milk
Heavy cream
Sugar
Mash the strawberry and filtrate, mix well the
strawberry juice, milk, heavy cream, sugar and
gelatin. Pour the mixture into the inner bowl
with the paddle running. Allow to freeze until
the desired consistency is achieved.
Lemon ice cream
Ingredients
Lemon / Lemon juice
Gelatin
Milk
Heavy cream
Sugar
Mash the lemon and filtrate, mix well the lemon
juice, milk, heavy cream, sugar and gelatin. Pour
the mixture into the inner bowl with the paddle
running. Allow to freeze until the desired consis-
tency is achieved.
Grape ice cream
Ingredients
Grape/ Grape juice
Gelatin
Milk
Heavy cream
Sugar
Mash the grape and filtrate, mix well the grape
juice, milk, heavy cream, sugar and gelatin. Pour
the mixture into the inner bowl with the paddle
running. Allow to freeze until the desired consis-
tency is achieved.

Orange ice cream
Ingredients
50 g Orange/ orange juice
5 g Gelatin
200 ml Milk
150 ml Heavy cream
50 g Sugar
Mash the orange and filtrate, mix well the orange
juice, milk, heavy cream, sugar and gelatin. Pour the
mixture into the inner bowl with the paddle running.
Allow to freeze until the desired consistency is
achieved.
