Solution
Ensure the gasket is positioned
correctly
Carefully push down using the
plastic edges of the lid
CAUTION: do not touch the metal
part of the lid as it will be very hot
Press down on the red float valve
lightly with a wooden spoon
Allow the pressure to release, then
try to open the lid again
Install the gasket
Clean the gasket ring
Replace the gasket ring, contact
customer service
Open, then close the lid again
Clean the float valve seal
Replace the seal for red float valve,
contact customer service
Ensure a minimum of 1 cup (250ml)
of liquid is in the cooking pot
Move the exhaust valve to the seal
position
Please inspect the socket
Contact customer service for
direction
Add liquid as required – at least 1
cup (250ml).
Ensure the cooking pot is inserted
correctly
Add one cup of (hot) water and cook
for a further 5 minutes. Leave on
KEEP WARM function for a further
five minutes before removing the lid.
Reduce water level next time
