JUMPING ON HANDS AND KNEES
• Stand up with your feet slightly apart
(shoulder width) and your eyes focused on
the mat .
• Swing your arms forwards and upwards in a
circular movement .
• Jump up and bring your feet together . Your
toes should point downwards .
• Land on the mat with your feet slightly apart .
• If you lose control on the trampoline, stop
by bending your knees when you land on
the bounce mat .
• Do a low basic jump .
• Stop by bending your knees when you land
on the mat .
• If you lose control on the trampoline, stop
by bending your knees when you land on
the mat .
• Land on your knees . Keep your back straight
and hold your balance with the help of your
arms .
• Jump back to a standing basic position by
swinging your arms up .
