7 Receiving the product

The solar storage cylinders Riello 7200/3F 800 HV PLUS,
1000 HV PLUS and 1500 HV PLUS are supplied in separate
packages, inside a protective nylon bag and placed on a
wooden pallet.
The solar storage cylinders Riello 7200/3F 2000 HV PLUS
and 3000 HV PLUS are supplied in two separate packages:
- the first package consists of the coated tank, protected
by a nylon bag and placed on wooden pallets.
- the second package, also protected by a nylon bag, is
composed of the polyurethane insulation with an ele-
gant outer covering, the outer trim rings of the pipe
coupling, the thermoformed cover, the flange covers,
the identification labels and the documentation.

Installation of the AD1 - AD2 magnesium anodes
Use the anodes provided, during assembly respect the
positioning and the length indicated in the technical
data table.
- Partially remove the cover (1) remove the washer and,
using a wrench, unscrew the anode-carrying plug (2)
inserted in the pipe coupling
- Insert the supplied anode, use a wrench to screw in the
anode and then reposition the washer.
NOTE: the tightening torque of the anode-carrying plug
should be 25-30 Nxm

The following material is supplied in a plastic envelope
inside the package:
- Instruction booklet
- Label with bar code
- Hydraulic test certificate
- 2 threaded inserts for fixing the solar regulator (acces-
sory).
The instruction booklet is an integral part of the
storage cylinder and it is recommended that it be
read and kept safe.
