Problem
The hearing aids do not
respond with a corre-
sponding change in vol-
ume or program to the
control device
You hear "interrupted"
speech (on and off)
from the hearing aids or
no speech (muted) from
the opposite hearing
aid.

a. Move the device closer
to the hearing aids.
