Helmets

Operating this vehicle without an
approved
motorcycle
increases your chances of a severe
head injury or death in the event of an
accident. The majority of fatalities from
motorcycle or scooter accidents are
the result of head injuries. The use of
a safety helmet is the single most
critical factor in the prevention or
reduction of head injuries.
Always select an approved motor-
cycle helmet.
Pay attention to the following when
choosing a motorcycle helmet.
The helmet must meet the safety
standard "SNI".
The helmet size must match the
size of the rider's head.
Never subject a helmet to heavy
shocks.
