USING THE ELECTRIC KETTLE OPERATING THE ELECTRIC KETTLE Before using your Electric Kettle for the first time, wash the Kettle and lid in hot, soapy water, then rinse with clean water and dry. Fill the Electric Kettle with water to the MAX fill line; boil the water and then discard. -
