    INTRODUCTION Thanks for purchasing the WEN Clamping Sawhorse. We know you are excited to put your tool to work, but first, please take a moment to read through the manual. Safe operation of this tool requires that you read and understand this operator’s manual and all the labels affixed to the tool.

    KNOW YOUR CLAMPING SAWHORSE TOOL PURPOSE Clamp, rip, bend, and shape with ease using your clamping sawhorse. Refer to the following diagrams to become familiarized with all the parts of your clamping sawhorse. The components will be referred to later in the manual for assembly and operation instructions.

    OPERATION CLAMPING Fig. 6 1. Place the workpiece against the fixed jaw pad (Fig. 6 - 1). 2. Slide the moving jaw (Fig. 6 - 2) up against the work- piece. The moving jaw can be moved by hand or by using the foot pedal (Fig.
  • Page 9 OPERATION NOTES CONTINUED: Fig. 9 • To clamp a workpiece 22.5 in. - 40 in. in size, re-position the moving jaw in reverse and unscrew the moving jaw handle. Do not try to clamp large, uneven workpiec- es that may force the moving jaw to bend/warp as it clamps.

    MAINTENANCE ROUTINE INSPECTION Before each use, inspect the tool. If any of these following conditions exist, do not use until parts are replaced. Check for: • Loose hardware or improper mounting • Misalignment • Cracked or broken parts • Any other condition that may affect its safe operation CAUTION! Most plastics are susceptible to damage from various types of commercial solvents.
