- Press the UP/DOWN keys
- Select PHONE BOOK by using the UP/DOWN keys
- Press the INT/OK key
- Select READ by using the UP/DOWN keys
- Press INT/OK key
- Read the phonebook list by using the UP/DOWN keys
- Press the C key

- Press the UP/DOWN keys
- Select PHONE BOOK by using the UP/DOWN keys
- Press the INT/OK key
- Select READ by using the UP/DOWN keys
- Select a letter from the alpha-numeric keypad for quick search facility
- Press INT/OK key
- Press the C key
