2.13.2 PROFILES

The PROFILES menu allows saving and afterwards restoring Spectrum Compact's
configuration – frequency, level, trace and screen settings, a mask etc.
To save the current configuration as a profile, tap SAVE PROFILE. The profile name
can be up to 8 characters long.
When assigning a custom file name, it is checked whether the name does not
match with an already existing one. In that case it is not possible to confirm it.
Profiles are sorted alphabetically. The time when the profile was created is given
under the filename. Navigate the saved profiles list using the arrows or the slider. To
preview a saved profile, tap on it to select it, then tap VIEW PROFILE. Restore a profile
by tapping the SET PROFILE button.
To see how the current spectrum looks with a selected profile, make sure the
SWEEP CONT. button is active at the main screen.
A profile can be deleted with DELETE PROFILE at the VIEW PROFILE menu or from
the folder "PROFILES", when Spectrum Compact is connected to a computer.
To exit the VIEW PROFILE submenu, tap BACK. To exit the PROFILES menu and
return to the TOOLS menu, tap BACK.
