Trouble shooting

Trip of circuit
breaker or burn-out
of fuse
Both indoor unit
and outdoor unit
do not start
Set temperature is not appropriate
Check if the cooling(heating)
load is appropriate
Failure of refrigerant
refrigerant flow
Insufficient air
circuilation volume
Mounting position of outdoor
unit is inappropriate
When set circuit breaker as "ON", it trips
immediately
When turning the air-conditioning unit to
the "ON" status, trip of circuit breaker
occurs several minutes later.
No power supply
Power plug is not firmly seated or
connection is poor
Line connection failure between indoor
unit and outdoor unit
Emission failure of remote controller
Controller fuse burned out
Check if the connection line between Hi-
volt PCB and Lo-volt PCB is secure
Check if transformer output line is secure
and if there is voltage output
Adjust the set temperature
Check the forecasted cooling(heating)
4-way valve failure
Insufficient refrigerant
Compressor failure
Insufficient flow in valve
Block in air filter
Fan speed was set too low
Outdoor side shall have good ventilation and install
proper weather screeen
Cooling Bay Series
Check insulation resistance for
grounding,Confirm if air-conditioning
unit has electrical leakage or is short
circuited
Check circuit breaker, measure
resistance for short-circuit
Check power supply line
Power plug is not firmly seated
or connection is poor
Check the line connection according
to the electrical diagram and ensure
correct connection
Check remote controller
Replace controller fuse
Please secure connection line
Secure connection line and check
output voltage
Replace 4-way valve
Charge refrigerant
Replace compressor
Fully open the valve
Clean the filter grill
Set fan speed as high or medium
