Diagnosis / remedy
The operator receives a start pulse at the START input or via a
transmitter. Normal operation.
The operator is carrying out a learning cycle for the force limit.
Caution: During this travel cycle the operator does not monitor
the force. Make sure that no persons or objects are in the
travel path of the garage door.
The force learning cycle has not been completed and must be
repeated. The door's end position may have too much
pressure. Reset the end positions.
Interruption at STOP A or activation of an external safety
device (e.g. wicket door).
Interruption at STOP B or activation of an external safety
device (e.g. photoelectric sensor).
You must use menus 3 and 4 to correct the door settings and
then complete the force learning cycle.
Start signal is not detected, or continuous pulse (e.g. button
jammed).
The travel path is too long. Repeat setting procedure with
menus 3 and 4.
Repeat the position learning cycle with menus 3 and 4.
Reduce the force when approaching the end positions.
The operator is disengaged. Re-engage the motor head.
Check the wicket door contact.
An error occurred during the self-test. Disconnect the power
supply.
