4.3 SOCKET instructions

Preparation before use:
1. Set the IP address of the PC to be the same as the E810-TTL module and the PC. The subnet mask is the same. For example, the IP
of the PC is 192.168.4.100, and the IP of the module is 192.168.4.101.
