Installing ControlNet Repeater Adapter

ATTENTION
• To comply with CE Low Voltage Directives, you must use a Safety Extra
Low Voltage (SELV) or Protected Extra Low Voltage (PELV) power supply
(24 Vdc) to power the Repeater Adapter. To comply with the requirements
of the National Electrical Code (NEC) ANSI/NFPA 70 and the UL Listing of
this equipment, you must use a UL Listed Class 2 power supply. To
comply with the requirements of the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC)
C22.1 and the CSA Certification of this equipment, you must use a CSA
Certified Class 2 power supply.
• Be sure the Repeater Adapter is attached and secured before applying
power to it. Failure to do so may cause damage to the Repeater.
•
Do not connect more that four Fiber Modules or exceed the power limit
(1.6 A @ 5 Vdc) to avoid damaging the Repeater and Fiber Modules.
