Unhinge and remove the tray cover by pulling one of the two thumbscrews inward while lifting the tray cover off of the chassis.

Disconnect the oven heater cable (Figure 9). The oven heater connection jack is located on the left side behind the oven compartment facing the front of the headspace sampler.
