Sludge level sensor
Test mode when connecting the supply voltage
When the supply voltage is connected, the sensor automatically operates in test
mode for the first 10 minutes.
After the sensor has been in test mode for 10 minutes, it operates in normal mode
and the standard monitoring periods are adopted.
Test mode when checking and positioning the sensor
Operate the sensor in test mode.
1. Interrupt the power supply to the warning device.
The sensor switches to test mode.
2. Lower the sensor into the sludge.
The sensor switches to alarm status.
The red "SLUDGE ALARM" LED lights and, if applicable, an acoustic signal
sounds.
Note!
Note that after a power supply failure, alarms can be occurred at short intervals
within the first 10 minutes.
Sensor in normal mode
Normal status:
In normal mode, the sensor must be immersed under water continuously for
more than 10 minutes.
The green "SYSTEM OK" LED on the warning device flashes or lights up.
Alarm status
In alarm mode, the sensor must be either covered with sludge continuously or
hang freely in the air for more than 10 minutes.
Oil level sensor
Checking the normal status
1. Remove the sensor from oil/petrol separator.
2. Wash and dry the sensor.
3. Hold the sensor in your hand (no gloves).
4. Only touch the upper and lower metal section.
The green "SYSTEM OK" LED on the warning device flashes or lights up.
Checking the alarm situation
Suspend the sensor freely in air.
The red "OIL LEVEL ALARM" LED lights up and, if applicable, an acoustic
signal sounds.
