MACHINES AND ACCESSORIES 9 MACHINE OPERATION 9.1 Adjusting table height Loss of stability / Fall Move the table vertically only when the machine is free of load (hydraulic circuit not under pressure). Ensure no one has limbs or body parts under the table to avoid crushing. Protective gloves Always wear suitable protective gloves while moving the table vertically. -

Use the longer lever to move the plunger close to the object to be pressed and then use the shorter lever, which acts on a piston with a smaller diameter, for the actual work of pressing. -

MACHINES AND ACCESSORIES 9.4 Pressing work with pneumatic energy It is also possible to operate the press using pneumatic energy supplied by an external source (compressor, centralised circuit, etc.) to put the hydraulic circuit under pressure alternatively to the motion of manual pumping. To take advantage of this type of supply, connect the quick coupling of the compressed air pipe, then press the control lever of the valve to activate the pump and put the hydraulic oil under pressure. -
