Ingredients
4 baking potatoes (each approx. 190 g)
1 tbsp oil
Salt
Pepper
Method
Mix the salt and pepper with the oil, rub
into the potatoes and prick them
several times with a fork.
Place the potatoes on the glass tray in
the pre-heated oven and bake.
Slice the potatoes lengthways and
serve with butter.
