Bridge Cooking Zones
The two left cooking zones
can be coupled to function as
one. To use the bridge zone,
you must use the bridge pan
supplied with the cooktop.
Do not use other pans.
The bridge pan should be
rubbed with oil (on the
cooking surface only) and
heated briefly to season it.
