•Remove problem soils, like melted sugar, aluminum foil, or
other
meltable materials should be removed with a glass
scraper while
still hot. Failure to do this may cause permanent damage
to the
cooktop surface. If the cooking surface has already
cooled,
warm it up again by placing a pan with water in it to boil.
• Use CAUTION! You can be burned while trying to clean a
hot
cooktop. Use an oven mitt to protect your hand.
• Clean the surface as described above after it cools.
