Cannot get camera to connect, receiving an error message
Q:
during the connection process.
A:
Make sure you are connected to a 2.4GHz wireless router.
Camera does not support 5G HD WIFI (all 5G HD WIFI
systems can run both 2.4GHz or 5GHz.) Then uninstall and
reinstall the app, and while the camera is plugged in, follow the
FACTORY SETTING RESET instructions and start over. There is
no need to create a new account, simply choose "log in" rather
than "register" in Step 3 and use the log in previously created.
Q:
Added camera device by Wi-Fi, but APP didn't discover
any new device.
A:
Please confirm that the mobile phone and camera are
connected to the same LAN (one router), and check if the
Network indicator of the camera is ON. If the camera and the
mobile device are not on the same LAN, please try to add the
device manually.
Q:
In the Device list, the Device is "Offline".
A:
Please check if the camera is connected to the network. Check
if the indicator is on and make sure the router is working well.
I get a "wrong password" message when I try to access

the camera monitoring status on the APP.
A:
Please check if the remote monitoring password has been
entered correctly when adding the camera device to the APP. If
it's not correct, tap the device name to access the
Playback/Setting/Edit menu and tap Edit to input the right
