4.2 Main switch

4.2.1 To disassemble the main switch on
WDC220
1. Remove the motor head cover. Refer to
disassemble the motor head cover on WDC220 on
page 9 .
2. Disconnect the main switch.
3. Push the main switch through the motor head cover.
4. Assemble in opposite sequence.
10 - Repair instructions
4.2.2 To disassemble the adjustable speed
control on WDC325L
1. Remove the screw in the handle of the adjustable
speed control.

2. Lift the dial of the adjustable speed control.
3. Remove the 2 screws.
4. Remove the motor head cover. Refer to
disassemble the motor head cover on WDC325L on
page 9 .
5. Disconnect the adjustable speed control.
6. Assemble in opposite sequence.
