Direct access for starting the registration process on the receiver.
This hotkey button is open the "Remove Video Source" in the OSD menu
which allow the user to choose which device to remove.
This hotkey buttons "1, 2 or 3" keys will switch the receiver to work with
the first, second or third source, registered to the receiver, as appeared
on the registered sources list.
