    SECTION 1 DESCRIPTION AND SPECIFICATIONS 1.1 DESCRIPTION The Stoelting SO218B machine is gravity fed. It is equipped with fully automatic controls to provide a uniform product. It operates with almost any type frozen beverage mix. This manual is designed to help qualifi ed service personnel and operators with the installation, operation and maintenance of the Stoelting SO218B gravity machine.
